Refund policy

We ONLY allow returns and exchanges on bras and pyjamas.

For hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer any exchange or return on our underwear, let's keep our intimates intimate.

Bras and Pyjamas need to be returned with

  • Tags still attached
  • No signs of wear
  • No marks
  • No odours
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Arrives safely back to Kezia with no damages
  • The item/s you wish to return were received in the last 28 days
  • If your item doesn’t meet one or more of these requirements we will be unable to process any refund or exchange.

To Start a Return or Exchange

Please message our Kezia Team via our Chat with your order number and email so we can support you with your return and exchange. Please allow 24-48 hours Monday-Friday for us to reply.

Please Note: we can not cover the cost of any return or exchange shipping charges. We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item, if the returned item goes missing in transit and is not received then we are unable to process any refund.

Your Refund for Returned items

The total value of the item/s returned to us will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear once the refund has been processed. Please note the refund amount will be minus the original shipping fee.
