Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver within the UK (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, including the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship to the UK currently. We are hoping to ship to Europe and Australia soon!

How to track my order? 

You can an use the Shop app to track your Kezia order with a valid tracking number. After you add an order to the app, Shop uses information from our carrier, Royal Mail to provide you with tracking updates.

What is your standard delivery? 

Standard delivery arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

We’re a small team, so during busy periods it may take a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. 

Do you offer next day delivery? 

Yes! We offer next day delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Order by 1pm Monday – Friday for next working day dispatch. If your order is placed after this time, it will be processed and shipped the following working day. 

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 

What if I have received the incorrect product? 

Firstly, we’re really sorry if you find an incorrect product.

Please contact the Kezia Support Team through our Chat. Share your order number, email and a description and photo of the product. Any products received in error must remain unused and in their original packaging until this has been resolved.

What if I am missing a product?

Firstly, we’re really sorry if you are missing a product.

For missing items, please contact us via our chat and share your email and order number within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the problem for you. We will confirm if an item is missing and arrange for the item to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Any parcels that are not delivered and are not showing as delivered via the tracking reference number will be replaced and resent. Please allow 5 working days for any parcels that are not delivered to show up before contacting our chat team and share your email and order number with us.
