What is standard delivery?
Standard delivery is £3.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48 and arrives within 2 – 4 working days of your order.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £80.
We post Monday - Friday. There are no collections at weekends or on bank holidays, so orders placed then are posted on the next working day.
What is next day delivery?
Next day delivery is £4.95 Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Order by 1pm Monday - Friday and your order is posted the same day and arrives the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm or at a weekend, are posted the next working day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands. Everything is delivered with Royal Mail.
Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver within the UK only and do not offer international shipping currently.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is posted.
Also, you can use the Shop app to track your order with a valid tracking number. After you add an order to the app, Shop uses information from our carrier, Royal Mail to provide you with tracking updates.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived and isn’t marked as delivered via your tracking, please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive before getting in touch.
If it still hasn’t arrived after this time, please message us at at hello@keziaclub.com with your order details and we’ll look into it. If your parcel is confirmed as not delivered, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
